Gandi Baat Actress Gehana Vasisth Out Of Danger; Recovering After Being On Ventilator Due To Cardiac Arrest
Television actress Gehana Vasisth fell unconscious on Thursday while shooting at Madh Island and was fighting for her life on ICU and was put on ventilator. Now, there’s an update on her health and the Gandi Baat actress is out of danger and on the road to recovery
Television actress Gehana Vasisth left her fans worried after she fell unconscious on Thursday afternoon at while shooting, and was rushed to Raksha Hospital at Malad, Mumbai, in a serious/unconscious condition. An update from the hospital claimed that the actress's condition was serious and she was put on the ventilator and other life-saving machines. Now, there is an update on her health and fans can heave a sigh of relief as she is better now and is out of danger.
Dr. Pankaj Singh from the hospital told Bombay Times that Gehana Vasisth is now out of danger and is no longer on ventilator. He told BT, “Gehana is better now and is no longer on ventilator. She had suffered a mild cardiac arrest. She had consumed some energy drinks and had not eaten anything solid for 48 hours, because of which her body reacted in this way. She was given timely treatment and is out of danger now. In other news, Gehana Vasisth was recently seen in ALT Balaji’s Gandi Baat. She is also featuring in shows on the ULLU APP. She played the lead role on Star Plus’ show Behenein and had made headlines when she won the title of Miss Asia Bikini contest in 2012.
Gehana Vasisth was seen in Hai Gudgudee Zindagi Ki Meghna (2018), and has also featured in more than 30 South films in the last 5 years.
